Stade Chaban-Delmas

Bordeaux's big club ground

The Stade Chaban-Delmas is the home of Union Bordeaux-Bègles, at Place Johnston in the city. It holds over 30,000, which makes it one of the larger club grounds in European rugby.

How to get there

Tram A is the simple answer. Its Stade Chaban-Delmas stop is right in front of the ground, and the line normally runs until midnight, or 1am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Bus route Lianes 9 is the alternative.

Parking

Parking close to the stadium is limited and nearby streets can be closed on match days. If you do drive, arrive early, or park further out and finish the trip by tram.
