Bristol's shared stadium

Ashton Gate holds about 27,000 and is shared by Bristol Bears and the football club Bristol City. The Bears moved in during 2014. It sits on Ashton Road, BS3 2EJ, south of the River Avon and within walking distance of the city centre.

How to get there

Bristol Temple Meads is the main rail arrival point, 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. Check your last train if you are going to an evening game. Park and ride buses have run for some events at the ground, so ask the club or the stadium what is on for your match.

Parking

There is no general spectator parking at the stadium. Most visitors use a city centre car park or a private match day car park and walk the rest of the way.
