The home of English rugby
The Allianz Stadium at Twickenham, in south-west London, has about 82,000 seats and hosts England's home matches.
How to get there
- Twickenham station: a walk of 10 to 15 minutes, and the usual way in.
- Richmond (rail and Tube): about 45 minutes on foot. Shuttle services have connected Richmond and Hounslow East with the stadium on major match days, so check what runs for your event.
- Buses: the 281 and 481 stop close by, but their routes can change once road closures begin.
On match day
Roads close two hours before the match and for two to three hours after it, including Rugby Road, Whitton Road and parts of London Road. Parking must be pre-booked through the official ticketing site. Taxis drop off and pick up at Twickenham Stoop, TW2 7SX.
