RC Vannes host Black Lion in a rematch of their December 2024 pool game, which the Georgian side won 22-19 at home. Vannes will be keen to show in front of their own supporters that the result was a one-off.
Black Lion bring together many of Georgia's best domestic players and give them regular experience against French, English and Welsh clubs. A trip to Brittany is a real test for them. The Stade de la Rabine is close to the centre of Vannes and its harbour, so the match fits easily into a Sunday in the town.
