Benetton host the Sharks in Treviso, a fixture that has produced big swings in the United Rugby Championship. Benetton won 38-10 at Monigo in October 2024 and 25-24 in Durban that May, but the Sharks hit back with a 46-7 win at home in May 2026. Now the two meet in the Challenge Cup, a competition the Sharks won in 2024.
The Stadio Comunale di Monigo is a compact rugby ground where Benetton have built their reputation as Italy's leading club. Treviso is a pleasant city of canals and arcades, and Venice airport is close by for visitors flying in.
